Execution Against Locked Scope
Once Discovery is complete and scope is locked, Cleverstack authorises and governs delivery.
Delivery proceeds against a fixed, agreed scope. What is included is documented. What is excluded is documented. Completion criteria are established before work begins. The engagement closes when those criteria are met — not when time or budget runs out.
How Delivery Is Governed
Every delivery engagement operates under a formal governance structure:
• Scope boundaries are maintained throughout execution
• Changes are handled through a formal process — not absorbed informally
• Milestone updates keep you informed at each stage
• Acceptance criteria are applied at completion
• The engagement closes with a formal acceptance event.
Delivery does not continue beyond the agreed scope. Additional work is treated as a new or extended engagement, separately scoped and agreed.
What to Expect During Delivery
After an engagement is confirmed, Cleverstack moves into a structured onboarding phase. Primary contacts are established, communication channels are confirmed, and required inputs from your side are identified.
Throughout delivery you can expect:
• Scheduled check-ins and milestone updates
• A single point of contact throughout
• Clear escalation if issues arise
• Formal notification when deliverables are ready for review
If new requirements or questions arise during delivery, they are assessed openly against the agreed scope and handled through the formal change process where required.
Completion and Close
A delivery engagement is complete when the agreed deliverables have been produced, reviewed against acceptance criteria, and formally accepted.
At that point, the engagement closes. No further obligation is implied beyond what is explicitly agreed in the engagement documentation.
Post-delivery support is not included by default. Where ongoing support is required, it is scoped and agreed as a separate engagement.
