Cleverstack is a software delivery business built around a simple belief: most projects fail because the work wasn't properly defined before it began.
We exist to change that. Every engagement starts with structured discovery. Delivery follows only once scope is locked. The result is software that does what it's supposed to do — on budget, without drama.
What This Means in Practice
We work as a governed intermediary between our clients and our delivery teams. We define the scope, manage the process, enforce the boundaries, and close the engagement cleanly. Our clients get the outcome they agreed to. Our developers get clarity they can actually build to.
We don't do open-ended retainers, time-and-materials arrangements, or "we'll figure it out as we go." Our model works because it has structure. That structure protects everyone.
Delivery Operations — Aniruddha Takle, Delivery Governor & Technical PM
Operational delivery at Cleverstack is led by Aniruddha Takle, whose background spans technical project management, full-stack development, and large-scale delivery operations.
Aniruddha has spent years building and working within high-performance engineering environments, developing an extensive professional network across major technology delivery centres. He brings both hands-on technical capability and the operational discipline to govern complex engagements cleanly.
At Samespace Labs, he led a cross-functional delivery operation of 30+ people — reworking talent pipelines, improving hiring frameworks, and lifting both the quality and speed of team formation. At Odysseus Solutions, he delivered major API integrations for Norwegian Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean, improving system reliability at scale, and reduced operational costs through legacy codebase repair and targeted automation.
Aniruddha works directly within the Cleverstack governance framework — managing delivery, maintaining scope discipline, and ensuring every engagement runs to specification.
Leadership - Marc Gimbrere
Marc Gimbrere is the founder of Cleverstack and a Stanford-trained engineer with over four decades of experience building and governing technology systems across the United States and Australia.
His career spans a range of industries and scales. Early on, Marc built enterprise financial systems for Fortune 500 companies, healthcare claims platforms used by 250+ providers across the US, and logistics tracking systems for global shipping operations. Later, through Lightweb — the agency he founded in 2003 — he designed and built database-driven web systems for some of Australia's largest city councils, including Fairfield, Campbelltown, and Burwood, as well as the Saxton Speakers Bureau, one of the world's largest speakers bureaus. That work demanded the same discipline Cleverstack is built on: clear requirements, governed execution, and systems that perform reliably at scale.
For the past seven years, through Terradigm Group, Marc has focused on complex, long-lead technology and project development programmes — the kind of work where governance isn't optional.
That depth of experience produced a clear conviction: delivery quality is a governance problem. The conditions for good outcomes have to be established before work begins. Cleverstack is the expression of that conviction — and Marc brings it to every client relationship, from the first conversation through to close.
