Cleverstack delivers work through a two-phase engagement model. The phases are distinct, separately governed, and sequenced deliberately.
The first phase defines the work. The second phase executes it. Delivery does not begin until definition is complete.
This separation is the foundation of everything we do.
Discovery — Define the Work First
Before any delivery begins, scope is established through a structured, paid discovery engagement. Requirements are clarified, system boundaries are defined, and a delivery-ready brief is produced.
Discovery ensures both sides understand exactly what is being built before any execution is authorised.
Delivery — Execute Against a Locked Scope
Once Discovery is complete and scope is locked, delivery is authorised. Work proceeds against fixed inclusions and exclusions, with formal acceptance at completion.
No improvisation. No scope drift. A clear endpoint.
How Payments Work
Cleverstack pricing is tied to defined outcomes — not time, not effort, not hours spent.
The Discovery phase is covered by a fixed Discovery engagement fee. This fee is standalone — it is not a deposit against delivery and is not credited toward delivery costs. It funds the definition work that makes clean delivery possible.
Delivery is activated by a separate fee, payable only after scope is locked and a Delivery Proposal is accepted. Delivery capacity is not committed until that point.
