• We hand off your job to the delivery team, ensuring a clean and documented transition.

4. Execution & Milestones

• The project is divided into clear, trackable milestones.

• We check in at critical milestones to ensure work is progressing smoothly and as expected. If any delays or blockers arise, we step in to resolve them quickly.

• We complete and deliver each stage before the corresponding funds are released.

5. Delivery

• Upon completion of all milestones, the final deliverables are handed over.

• A post-delivery bug-fix window (typically 30 days, but flexible) ensures everything functions as expected.

Milestone-based payments offer a natural safeguard: no deliverable, no payment. This structure minimizes upfront risk while keeping your project moving forward smoothly.
