Who actually does the work?

All development is managed by our Senior Project Manager (SPM) , working with a curated network of experienced engineers. Cleverstack oversees all engagements, contracts, and quality assurance.

What happens after I submit my project brief?

We review your submission, clarify any open points, then return a structured proposal with milestones, timeline, and costs. Work begins after the initial payment is received.

How are payments handled?

We use milestone-based payments: • Initial deposit before work begins • Payment released upon delivery and approval of each milestone Escrow can be arranged upon request.

Do you use NDAs or other client protections?

Yes — all engagements are governed by a Mutual Non-Circumvent / Non-Disclosure Agreement (MCNDA) signed before project details are exchanged.

Will I retain full IP ownership?

Absolutely. Once final payment is made, all IP created for your project is transferred to you.

How long will my project take?

• Small fixes: 2–5 business days • Landing pages: 1–2 weeks • MVP features: 2–4 weeks • Full dashboards: 4–8 weeks+ We'll provide a detailed timeline with your proposal.

How do you handle communication and updates?

You’ll get regular milestone updates, weekly summaries, and a single point of contact throughout the project.
