Marc Gimbrere, Director

Leadership – Marc Gimbrere

Marc Gimbrere, founder and director of Cleverstack, brings over four decades of IT experience across enterprise systems, healthcare tech, logistics, finance, and digital marketing.

Early Career: Enterprise Systems & Global Development

  • 1984 – Rewrote a Fortune 500 general ledger system on a VAX 11/750 using the 1032 DBMS for American Cyanamid

  • 1989–1991 – Delivered a personnel tracking system, a shipboard payroll platform, and a port-logging cargo tracking system for Stolt-Nielsen Shipping

  • 1992–1995 – Built claims processing software used by 250+ healthcare providers across the USA for StellarNet

  • 1995–1996 – Developed CRM and sales packages for the brewing industry at Beer Business Services

Founder of Lightweb (2003–2013)

Marc founded Lightweb Dynamic Interactive Web Systems, a boutique agency that specialized in interactive websites, custom CMS platforms, SEO, and social media marketing.

Key Lightweb projects included:

  • Searchlight CMS: Built for councils including Fairfield, Campbelltown, Burwood, and Belyando, plus Saxton Speaker’s Bureau, the 2nd largest globally.

  • Lighthouse Portal System: A government-funded virtual community portal developed for Business Central Coast.

  • Custom Flash & PHP CMS: Created for global brand strategist Martin Lindstrom during his Brand Sense rollout

  • Beacon CMS: A small-scale, SEO-friendly CMS for fast-launch microsites

  • CRM & Sales Accounting System: Built for Saxton Speakers Bureau, the world’s second-largest speakers bureau, later ported from ASP to .NET

  • Custom CMS for Biolab UK: Combining Flash front end with PHP-powered admin controls

Marc directed sales, marketing, UX, project delivery, SEO, and client relationship management — offering a rare combination of technical and business leadership.

Education & Values

Marc holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Stanford University (Class of ’85).  He leads Cleverstack with a relentless focus on value, clarity, and delivery integrity.

Team Leader India – Aniruddha Takle

Aniruddha scouts and builds high-performance delivery in India for our partners and engineering leaders. He blends hands-on technical experience with systems-first operations to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes — without the typical friction of remote delivery. 

Aniruddha partners directly with client leadership to personally manage hiring, onboarding and delivery while keeping accountability tight and communication transparent.

Aniruddha brings a hybrid background across product operations, full-stack development, and talent operations — a mix that enables him to both build the right team and design the systems they run on.  His background includes:

Project & Operations Specialist — Samespace Labs (2024)

• Led a 30+ cross-functional delivery setup.

• Reworked talent pipelines and interview frameworks to lift hiring efficiency and fit; reduced time-to-hire and improved retention. 

Odysseus Solutions (2022)

• Delivered major cruise-line API integrations (clients incl. Norwegian, Royal Caribbean), improving system performance and reliability.

• Repaired legacy codebases and reduced operational costs through refactoring and targeted automation.
